Ingredients

  • 4          Boneless chicken breasts- cut into ½ inch strips (skinless preferred)
  • ¼ c       Kim’s Gourmet Spicy Peanut Sauce
  • ¼ c       Water
  • ½ c       Pea Pods (or assorted frozen vegetables)
  • ¼ c       Peanuts or Cashews

Directions

Heat skillet or wok.  Add all ingredients and stir until cooked (approx. 10 minutes).  Serve over steamed rice, baked potatoes, steamed vegetables or pasta
