Ingredients
- 4 Boneless chicken breasts- cut into ½ inch strips (skinless preferred)
- ¼ c Kim’s Gourmet Spicy Peanut Sauce
- ¼ c Water
- ½ c Pea Pods (or assorted frozen vegetables)
- ¼ c Peanuts or Cashews
Directions
Heat skillet or wok. Add all ingredients and stir until cooked (approx. 10 minutes). Serve over steamed rice, baked potatoes, steamed vegetables or pasta
