- 1 b- 12 fl. oz. bottle Kim’s Gourmet Spicy Peanut Sauce
- 16 oz. Chicken Breast cut into strips
- 8 Iceberg or Romaine outer Lettuce leaves
- ¾ cup Shredded Carrots
- ¾ cup Shredded Red Cabbage
- 2 tbsp. Chopped peanuts
Ingredients
In a large non-stick skillet on Medium heat sprayed with Cooking Spray – saute’ Chicken until cooked through and browned, breaking it up as it cooks adding half of the Kim’s Spicy Peanut Sauce. Add in Shredded Carrots continue to cook additional 1-2 mins. Divide the Chicken mixture between the Lettuces leaves top with Red Cabbage and drizzle warm Kim’s Spicy Peanut Sauce, Peanuts garnish with Cilantro and Lime wedges
