• 3 lbs. Chicken Wings
  • 1 – 12 fl. oz. Bottle Kim’s Spicy Peanut Sauce
  • 2 oz. Stonewall Kitchen Pepper Jelly (or favorite brand)
  • ¼ cup Rice Wine Vinegar


Bake or Grill Chicken Wings 425 degrees 25-30 mins for internal temp of 165 degrees. In a small pot blend Peanut Sauce, Pepper Jelly and Rice Wine Vinegar to a low simmer.  Toss cooked Wings in Sauce mixture and serve with reserved sauce.
