• 1 Tri-Tip (1 ½-2 lb)
  • 1 = 12 oz. bottle Kim’s Gourmet Bourbon Aki Sauce


Place Tri-Tip in a gal. zip bag in sauce to marinate for at least 24 hrs up to 48 hrs. Grill on preferred Charcoal Grill 375 degrees flipping four times for internal temp of 135°F rare; 140°F mediumrare; 145°F medium. Slice thin on bias or against the grain serve on top of your favorite Salad or Roll.
